Meine Aus- und Weiterbildungen im Bereich von Massagen habe ich in Wien und über Fernstudium gemacht.

Der Mix an angeleitetem Lernen und Fernstudium hat sich für mich als der effektivste Weg erwiesen. So war es mir möglich, mich mit den verschiedenen Themen auseinanderzusetzen und mir die fehlenden Hintergrundinformationen zu beschaffen.

Meine Ausbildung als Informatiker war beim Studium der Kurse in Englisch von Vorteil. So konnte ich mir mittels AI Transkripte und Kursunterlagen übersetzen und so meine Unterlagen in sehr guter Qualität zusammenstellen.

Da ich von Anfang an viele Klient(Inn)en gehabt habe, war es mir auch schnell möglich, das Gelernte in der Praxis umzusetzen.

Mein Interesse liegt hauptsächlich an der myofaszialen Tiefengewebsmassage mit Schwerpunkt auf Triggerpunkt-Therapie.

Die Kombination von Massage mit anderen Techniken wie z.B. Kinesiologie, Tantra, schamanischen Methoden, Glaubenssatzarbeit, Mentalfeld-Techniken, Gua-Sha etc. bringt fantastische Ergebnisse.

Wie schon Aristoteles, der Begründer der abendländischen Wissenschaft, gesagt hat:

"Das Ganze ist mehr als die Summe seiner Teile."

Klassische Massageausbildung

Inhalte

  • Einführung in die klassische Massage
  • allgemeine Anatomie (allgemeine Lage, Haltung und Struktur unseres Grundkapitals „Körper“, insbesondere Bewegungsapparat, Gelenke, Muskulatur, Kreislauf und Gewebe), die Fachsprache der Medizin
  • Physiologie (die normalen Funktionen unseres Körpers, insbesondere Herz-Kreislauf, Lymphsystem, Gelenksaufbau und Funktion, wichtigste Bewegungsmuskulatur)
  • Pathologie (krankhafte Veränderungen unseres Körpers, wo können wir unterstützen, wo gibt es Kontraindikationen)
  • spezielle Dermatologie und Histologie (Grundlagen und Aufbau von Haut und Gewebe)
  • ca. 30 UE-Praxis in der Ganzkörpermassage mit allen Grifftechniken und Wirkungsweisen (Effleurage – Streichung, Petrissage – Knetung, Tapotement – Klopfung, Friktion, Kammgriff, Harke, Schüttelung und Vibration) inklusive Übungspraxis
  • Abschlussprüfung der Theorie und Praxis Ganzkörpermassage

Lymphdrainage

Die präventive, manuelle Lymphdrainage wird häufig unterschätzt. Dabei ist kaum eine andere Methode so gut dafür geeignet, Gewebsflüssigkeiten zu bewegen und Ödeme zu entstauen. Im Wellnessbereich hat die präventive Lymphdrainage einen Boom ausgelöst, denn immer mehr Menschen schätzen die damit verbundene  Entspannung, Hautverbesserung und Stärkung des Immunsystems.

Aber auch zur reinen Wellness und Prävention kann die manuelle Lymphdrainage optimal genutzt werden.
